EMBASSY CLOSED FOR A PUBLIC HOLIDAY

The Australian Embassy will be closed on Monday, 10 March 2025 for a public holiday.

Australians needing urgent consular assistance can call the 24-hour Consular Emergency Centre in Canberra on +61 2 6261 3305, or call the Embassy on +385 1 4891 200 which connects to Canberra.

Consular, passport and notarial services

All clients require an appointment. You can book an appointment with the Embassy via our Services for Australians page or by calling the Embassy on +385 1 4891 200.

Appointments are available from 9:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday except public holidays.

For the safety of our staff and visitors there are increased security requirements when coming to the Embassy.

The Australian Embassy is unable to respond to visa, citizenship or customs enquiries.
